Eric plays NYC Fashion Designer, Pat-Treek, in Tyler Perry’s Finding Joy on prime video.
The movie was shot on the Tyler Perry Studios lot, America’s largest film studio and first ever black owned movie studio. Tyler Perry built the studio from the ground up and it had its grand opening in 2019. After being flown in first class to Atlanta from LA, Eric checked into the hotel and went for a run around the city.
That afternoon it was off to fittings and he was on set the next day ruining Joy’s fun as her tyrant of a boss, Pat-Treek. It was so exciting to see the sets that came to life; the NYC fashion show, the design studio and the fashion house office. It was an amazing experience and the movie premiered on Prime, Nov 5th, 2025.
